Dr. Mengele was holding... our numbers
from the crucible of death, from the center of hell.

We had this class assignement where you pull fifteen quotes from the book, Night, that seemed poetic or moving to us. As some of you know, I do NOT enjoy writing poetry. And today was not an especially good day: papercuts, poetry, Barnwell... it has been a very trying day.
